When your order ships from our facility, you will receive an email confirmation that also contains a tracking number so you can follow your shipment. If, when placing your order, you requested text updates then you will also receive a text message once your order has shipped. 


If you have not received a shipment notification yet, it could be for the following reasons:

  1. Was your purchase a pre-order? If so, your order will not ship until the comic has been published and released for sale. This date is usually indicated in the item listing. Keep in mind this date is an estimate only and is subject to change. Once the release date has passed, we aim to get your order packed and ready to ship as soon as possible but this may take up to 7 business days, unless we have indicated otherwise. Once your item ships, you will get your confirmation email and tracking number!
  2. Was your purchase an in-stock item? If so, we aim to get your order packed and ready to ship as soon as possible but this may take up to 7 business days, unless we have indicated otherwise. Once your item ships you will get your confirmation email and tracking number!
  3. Was your purchase a mix of pre-orders and in-stock items?  Or multiple pre-orders with different release dates? In this case we cannot begin the shipping process until ALL items in your order have been released and received at our facility. After we have received all items, we aim to get your order packed and ready to ship as soon as possible but this may take up to 7 business days, unless we have indicated otherwise. Once your item ships, you will get your confirmation email and tracking number! 
  4. What is the release date of your comic(s)? There are several different ways you can check release dates for comics, depending on the publisher. 
    • Easiest method: Google! Example: "BRZRKR #2 release date" - this will usually bring you to one of several sites with updated release dates for comics. 
    • Check publisher websites as they often have updated information on release dates.
    • Our item listings will often list an expected release date, but this can often get pushed back by the publisher.
